Kamloops Ice Law Classic Recap

The Kamloops Ice Law Classic was an absolute blast filled with many fast swims and friendships made! I was considering spending this time highlighting the percentages of best times that we had - which, it was a very high number - or the numerous Finals we managed to compete our way into - including a medalist. On that note, I would like to shout out to the swimmers this weekend that qualified themselves for Provincial Trials, which we had two of!

However, considering this was many of our first travel meets, there were many lessons that the athletes themselves learned over the weekend. Seeing the team come together with the goal of ensuring everyone swam fast was a treat to witness. Their commitment to each other and ensuring that everyone was getting what they needed, is what I believe led to the great outcomes that we saw.
