KSC Invite Recap

Despite the water shortage in Calgary, the KSC Invitational was granted special permission to offer swimmers the opportunity to compete, and our young Dinos took full advantage!! TREX brought a smaller squad to the Seton YMCA June 7-9 who gave it their all in the long course meet, a first for several of the young swimmers.  There were many first best times, many improvements in race plans and technique, as well as just straight up grit and strong finishes to win close races in both morning swims and then again for the swimmers who qualified for second swims in the afternoon.  Whether the swimmers were focused on race strategies, striving for personal goals of specific times, or just looking to do their best in their first long course meet, the Dino Spirit was strong on the pool deck at Seton.  Well done TREX!!
