30 minute program for swimmers born 2018 - 2020 (ages 4 - 7)

Swimmers MUST be comfortable in the water without assistance and be able to comfortably swim about 10 metres. 

Maximum of 6 participants per time slot

Session 1 is Sundays starting January 11 - March 1 (no swimming February 8 or 15)

Time Slot A: 1:15pm - 1:45pm - Full
Time Slot B: 2:00pm - 2:30pm - Full
Time Slot C: 2:45pm - 3:15pm - Full
Time Slot D: 3:30pm - 4:00pm - Full

Session 2 is Sundays starting March 8 - April 26 (no swimming April 5 and April 12)

45 minute program for swimmers born 2017 - 2019 (ages 5 - 8)

Swimmers MUST be comfortable in the water without assistance and able to swim 25m. They should be looking to learn the foundations of competitive swimming.

Maximum of 7 participants per time slot

Session 1 is Sundays starting January 11 - March 1 (no swimming February 8 or 15)

Time Slot A: 1:00pm - 1:45pm - FULL
Time Slot B: 2:00pm - 2:45pm - FULL
Time Slot C: 3:00pm - 3:45pm - FULL

Session 2 is Sundays starting March 8 - April 26 (no swimming April 5 and April 12) - registration opens Feb 3 at 9am

60 minute program for swimmers born 2016 - 2018 (ages 8 - 10)

Swimmers MUST be able to swim 25 metres of backstroke and 25 metres of freestyle (frontcrawl) without flotation aides and be safe in all depths of water to participate in the 60 minute sessions. Swimmers in this group will be working on the fundamentals of competitive swimming, learning stroke technique and the competitive turns.

Max 10 participants per time slot

Session 1 is Sundays starting January 11 - March 1 (no swimming February 8 or 15)

Time Slot A: 1:00pm - 2:00pm - FULL
Time Slot B: 2:00pm - 3:00pm - FULL
Time Slot C: 3:00pm - 4:00pm - ​​​​​​​FULL

Session 2 is Sundays starting March 8 - April 26 (no swimming April 5 and April 12) - registration opens Feb 3 at 9am

FitSwim 1.0

60 minute program for swimmers born 2013 - 2015 (ages 10 - 12)

Swimmers MUST be able to swim 50 metres of freestyle and 50 metres of backstroke to join this group. They ideally will have some breaststroke skills.

Max 12 participants per time slot

Session 1 is Sundays starting January 11 - March 1 (no swimming February 8 or 15)

Time Slot A: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Time Slot B: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Time Slot C: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Session 2 is Sundays starting March 8 - April 26 (no swimming April 5 and April 12) - registration opens Feb 3 at 9am
