Sunday, June 9: 830am – 1030am
As the end of the season approaches the clinic will solely focus on the starts, turns of all strokes as well as on finishes For the turns, the main focus will be on what happens on the wall, how to rotate faster, followed by a strong push-off, with an appropriate gliding phase, dolphin kicking, and breakout or breaststroke underwater pull out. The start exercises will emphasize a strong push-off followed by smooth entry (eliminate splashing) and the transition to swimming.
Sunday, June 9, 830am – 1030am
- 830am – Development squads – CH2, CH3, SD2, SD3, TrexC
- 930am– TREX A/B, 12 stream, All 13 + groups
Cost per clinic - $90
Number of swimmers – maximum 16/session
