UCSC PRE-REGISTRATION FOR 2024-2025 SEASON
Dear Members,
As approved at the Spring General Meeting on May 30, 2018 the UCSC will be opening up pre-registration for our Club. This was paused during the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 seasons because of the ever-changing situation. The pre-registration event is now posted and open on the website. If your swimmer is planning on swimming next season, please ensure you sign them up on the event and declare YES. If you already know your swimmer will NOT be returning next season, please declare NO on the event and if you are willing to let us why please do so in the notes section. Please declare each of your swimmers individually if you have multiple swimmers swimming in our Club. Pre-registration is only for swimmers that are going to be in TREX groups and older. (Swimmers returning to the Churchill or Shouldice development program next year do not have to pre-register – they will have a spot).
IMPORTANT: our Club is a very full club with swimmers on a wait list. By pre-registering your swimmer for next season, you will GUARANTEE a spot in our Program. If you elect to not pre-register, your swimmer’s spot is NOT guaranteed for next season.
