Sunday Clinic, April 6: Turns and Racing (how to race fast)
Date: April 6 – Session 1 at 2:00pm; Session 2 at 3:00pm
The primary focus of the clinic will focus on turns, streamlines, breakouts and transition to swimming. A portion of the session will be devoted to swimming with effort when racing and consistent, fast stroke rate coordinated with the kick. It is a great opportunity for swimmers to learn or polish their skills before the upcoming racing season.

Sunday April 6
- Session 1: 2:00pm - 3:00pm – Development squads – CH2, Ch3, SD3, Trex C
- Session 2: 3:00pm - 4:00pm – TREX A & B, 12 stream, Provincial and Provincial Lite, Junior National Development
· Cost per clinic - $90
· Number of swimmers – maximum 16/session
· Coaches: Jan Bidrman, Amy Bidrman, Michelle Downey and TBD
