Event: UCSC Sunday Swim Series
Our Sunday Swim Series are back! Led by Coaches Jan and Amy Bidrman these camps will focus on key technical aspects of strokes, turns and all things swimming!
4rd clinic: December 11 – Race Strategy
Before the last meet of 2022, this session will give swimmers frameworks about racing, including a balance between stroke rate and stroke count (distance per stroke). It will provide swimmers with tools to help with breathing patterns in races and polishing starts and turns
· December 11 – 1130am – 230pm
o 1130am – Churchill and Trex B and C swimmers
o 1230pm– Trex A and 12 Stream swimmers
o 130pm– 12 A/B, Regional and Provincial
· Cost per clinic - $90
· Number of swimmers – maximum 12/session
· Coaches (four coaches) Jan Bidrman, Amy Bidrman and TBD
Sign up is done through the job sign up, and space is limited, so please be sure to put your swimmer in the correct time and to put their name when signing up.
Times:
11:30 - 12:30 CH2, CH3, SD2, TREX
12:30 - 1:30pm TREX A and 12 Groups
1:30 - 2:30pm 13+ groups (Regional, Provincial, National)
