December 3 – Sunday Clinic
Location: University Pool
Date: December 3, 5pm – 6pm
There will be two separate clinics run at the same time:
Development squads – CH2, Ch3, SD3
The last Sunday Clinic of the season will refocus on breaststroke and backstroke for everyone in development. The main emphasis will be on establishing horizontal body position and proper and legal propulsion. A portion of the clinic will be spent on turns and breakouts.
T-Rex, 12 stream, Provincial and Provincial Light and older
Before the last meet of the year, this session will give swimmers a framework for racing, including a balance between stroke rate and stroke count (distance per stroke). It will provide swimmers with tools to help with breathing patterns in races and polishing turns and breakouts.
· Cost per clinic - $90
