Sunday Swim Series - January

Clinic: January - Breaststroke!

Date: Sunday, January 19 -  Session 1 – 4:00pm, Session 2 – 5:00pm

Location: UofC Pool

The focus of this session will be on breaststroke phases that create potential resistance, such as kick recovery and arm recovery, as well as on the propulsion of kicking and pulling, and the importance of gliding. A portion of the session will be spent on breaststroke turns, starts and under water pull-downs

·     Sunday, January 19 

o  Session 1 – 4:00 - 5:00pm  – CH2/3, SD2/3, TREX C

o  Session 2 – 5:00 - 6:00pm – TREX A/B, 12ABCD, 13+ groups

·     Cost per clinic - $90 

·     Number of swimmers – maximum 18/session 

·     Coaches:  Jan Bidrman, Amy Bidrman, Michelle Downey and TBD
