Sunday clinic: June 25 – Starts and Turns

The clinic will focus on starts and turns of all strokes.  Whether a swimmer is still competing this season or planning to be fast next season, polishing starts and turns technique holds great value for everyone. On starts the primary focus will be on a powerful dive, smooth entry, and a seamless transition to swimming. On turns the focus will be on rotation into the wall, strong push off with streamlined gliding, and a smooth and fast transition to swimming.

June 25, 2023 – 10:30am-1:30pm

·      1030am – Churchill/Shouldice and Trex B and C swimmers

·      1130am– Trex A and 12 Stream swimmers  

·      1230pm– 12 A/B, Regional and Provincial

Cost per clinic - $90

Location - University of Calgary Pool

Number of swimmers – maximum 12/session
