Sunday Swim Series - March

2025 Sunday, Clinic: Breaststroke
Pool: University Pool

Date: Sunday, March 8 – Session 1 – 8:30am, Session 2 – 9:30am

In this session, we will focus on breaststroke. The emphasis will be on phases of the stroke that create potential resistance, such as kick recovery and arm pull, as well as on the propulsion of kicking and pulling, and the importance of gliding. A portion of the session will be spent on breaststroke turns and underwater pull-downs.

Schedule: 

o  Session 1 -   8:30am - 9:30am – Development squads – CH2, CH3, SD 2, SD3, TREX C, 

o  Session 2 -   9:30am – 10:30am– TREX A/B, 12 stream, Provincial and Provincial Lite and older

Sign up is done through the job sign up - it will open Wednesday, Feb 25 at 9am

·      Cost per clinic - $90

·      Number of swimmers – maximum 18/session
