Sunday clinic: May 14 – Breaststroke
Location: University Pool
NOTE: (because this clinic is on the same day as the Spring Fling development meet, no development swimmers are allowed to register)
The focus in this session will be on breaststroke phases that create potential resistance, such as kick recovery and arm pull, as well as on propulsion of kicking and pulling, and the importance of gliding. A portion of the session will be spent on breaststroke turns and underwater pull-downs.
May 14 – 11:15am – 1:15pm (only two hours)
11:15am - 12:15pm – All TREX Swimmers
12:15pm– 1:15pm - Trex A, 12 Stream swimmers, Regional and Provincial
Cost per clinic - $90
Number of swimmers – maximum 12/session
