Sunday Clinic, May 4:  Breaststroke

Date: Sunday May 4; Session 1 10:30-11:30am / Session 2 11:30am-12:30pm.

This is one of the last two clinics this season. In this session we will  focus on breaststroke. The emphasis will be on phases of the stroke that create potential resistance, such as kick recovery and arm pull, as well as on propulsion of kicking and pulling, and the importance of gliding. A portion of the session will be spent on dives, breaststroke turns and under water pull-downs.

Sunday May 4

  •  Session 1: 10:30-11:30am – Development squads – CH2, Ch3, SD3, Trex C
  • Session 2:  11:30am-12:30pm – TREX A & B, 12 stream, Provincial and Provincial Lite, Junior National Development

·      Cost per clinic - $90

·      Number of swimmers – maximum 18/session

·      Coaches: Amy Bidrman, Michelle Downey, Dylan Tingley and TBD
