UofC Dino Swim Camps and UCSC Summer Camps
Dive into the season early with the Jr Dinos Swim Camps! These competitive swim camps will give your athlete the edge they need to start the season a stroke ahead of the competition. The certified University of Calgary Swim Club coaches provide a technique-based program with a focus on all four strokes, starts, and turns. A corresponding conditioning program matches the developmental level of the athletes and focuses on whole-body strength and cardiovascular fitness (please note the dryland is mostly body weight activities and will take place outside, so please come prepared!). With two in-water sessions daily, outdoor dryland training, and chances to earn daily prizes, the Jr Dinos Swim Camps provide an exciting opportunity to learn, practice, and have fun. Please note if the weather is nice swimmers will spend most of the time outside when they are not in the water.
Location: University of Calgary Aquatic Centre
Head Coach: Jan Bidrman and Amy Bidrman
