Officiating points:

UCSC Parents, this is a MANDATORY OFFICIATING MEET. All families will be assigned points for this meet. No UCSC swimmers will be entered in this meet as it is a Varsity meet.

100 points assigned per family if their oldest swimmer is in TREX or older.

50 points are assigned per family if their oldest swimmer is in CH/SD. 

JOB SIGN-UP: Sign-up will open November 2 at 7:00 p.m. and close November 16 at 11:59 p.m.

Please sign up for only position(s) for which you are qualified. List the name of person who will be officiating in notes section of sign up. Do NOT sign up for more positions than you need to fulfill your points requirement.  You will NOT receive points beyond your required amount.

CHECK OFFICIALS' ROSTER FOR ASSIGNMENT; the ROSTER will be posted as an attachment (above) by Monday prior to the meet. Search the roster carefully for your name. You will not receive an email.

Prices:
Weekend Pass  (Valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday admission) -LIMITED
 - Adult $40 / Senior $27 / Youth $20 

Daily tickets 
- Tickets are available one hour prior to evening session. Purchase tickets at University of Calgary Aquatic Centre - pool observation deck (second level). 
- Cost for day ticket – Adult $16, Senior $11, Youth $9 
- Tickets are limited. 

There is no admission cost for Saturday and Sunday preliminary heats. 

Note: Varsity swimmers, the coaches will announce the team prior to the event.

Please also note: Sunday's final session warm ups will start at 2pm for a start time of 3:30pm.
