SWIMMER TEAM TRAVEL CONTRACT
By registering my child with the University of Calgary Swim Club, I understand and agree to the terms of the SWIMMER CODE OF CONDUCT, the SWIMMER TEAM TRAVEL CONTRACT. I understand that membership is subject to the the terms of these documents.

These documents are also available in the Members' Section under "Registration docs." Swimmer Team Travel Contracts will also need to be signed each time a swimmer participates in Team Travel.
